Shumensko Plateau Nature Park with renewed signs

Nearly 20 new signs have been placed in the Shumensko Plateau Nature Park. The employees of the directorate repair and replace the old and broken educational boards. Some information has been updated or completely updated. The routes “Floristic trail”, “Karst under protection – a gift for the generations”, the bike routes, the access to the “Biserna” cave, as well as the paragliding launch sites are indicated again.

The replacement is carried out with the support of the North-Eastern State Enterprise and will continue. Renewal of signs and markings along the “Adrenaline” route, which starts from the Divdyadovo quarter and reaches the Summer Information Center of the DPP “Shumensko Plateau”, is pending. Work is also underway on the rest of the main trails in the Park.

We remind you that in the spring, the “Dendrological Trail” was completely renovated with QR code signs. The codes on the signs give information about the most common tree species in the Park.
