Summer theater in Shumen

The completely renovated summer theater in the city of Shumen has opened its doors! Its official opening was on 02.10.2023 with a concert by the “Bulgare” ensemble. The summer theater has 900 seats, amphitheatrically arranged, meeting all requirements, providing enough space and good visibility to the stage from every point. All rooms have been renovated. The stage of the summer theater is 287 m² in size. There are 4 steps to the stage providing access from the dressing rooms and from the front. The screen size of the stage is 67 m². Behind the stage there is 52 m² of free space that can be used to store costumes and sets. There are 3 separate dressing rooms.

The outdoor stage will host a variety of summer cultural activities.
