XI International Festival of Popular Song “Autumn Shumen’s Evenings”

The XI International Festival of Popular Song “Autumn Shumen’s Evenings” will take place from September 27 to 29 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) 2024.

The festival is organized every year. It has a competitive nature and is in two directions – Competition for performers and Competition for an author’s song.

The competition for performers is held in two categories:

– “Contemporary fun music” – for individual performers, duets, trios and quartets with a program of up to 7 minutes and for groups with a program of up to 8 minutes. Participants are divided into three age groups – up to 13 years, from 14 to 17 years and over 18 years;

– “Popular city songs” – for individual performers, duets, trios and quartets with a program of up to 7 minutes and for groups with a program of up to 8 minutes without age restrictions.

Each author has the right to present only one song with a maximum duration of 4 minutes, which has not been publicly performed or broadcast, has not been recorded and circulated on media and has not been ranked at other competitions and festivals.
