Here you can buy tickets for any cultural event in Shumen and in Bulgaria, including some events abroad. The center is brand new and it is created in commemoration to the famous Bulgarian actor Todor Kolev, who was born in Shumen. There is also a fully equipped conference hall at the ticket center.
