“Biserna” cave opens on 3rd September

“Biserna” cave opens for visitors on 3rd September. You need to call +359 054/ 800 765 for reservation. The cave is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but it is open from Wednesday to Sunday, including bank holidays.

There is a special schedule to enter the cave:

Weekdays: 10 am, 11.30 am and 1 pm.

Weekends and bank holidays: 10 am, 11.30 am, 1 pm and 3 pm.

You can reach the cave on foot while following the special signs from Kyoshkove park.

“Biserna” cave is around 800 m long. The temperature inside is around 10 degrees C so you need a warm jacket and thick shoes because of the humidity.

There are protected species of bats in the cave, that’s why it opens only at spring and autumn.

Prices:

Adults: 10 BGN 5,11 EUR

Children, students and senior citizens: 8 BGN, 4,09 EUR

Disabled (a document might be needed) and children up to 7 years of age- free.
