“Cufetarea” in Verby’s house

Welcome to “Cufetarea” – pastry shop to have coffee on sand.

We will carry you into the atmosphere of the provincial Shumen in the late of XIX century. You will appreciate the house as a historical legacy and hear funny stories about people lived there. You will enjoy the unique warm drink. You will taste an incredible flavor of the white candy in water.

The pastry shop offers “caave” – coffee on a fire-side using a copper charcoal pan with sand on the glowed charcoals where the Turkish coffee – pots are put. Watch until see small bublles around the coffee – pots. When the coffee raises,remove it for a while and put it again on the sand.
