27th and 28th February are horse racing days in Shumen. You can visit the racetrack in Shumen or enjoy the parade in front of Shumen Municipality, it is your decision!
We call those days Horse Easter, you will see how important horses were for us in the past!
27th February- a horse parade, beginning from the racetrack at 16:30;
17:30- the parade will reach Shumen Municipality.
