On 14.10.2023, the village of Panayot Volov will celebrate its holiday with a program for young and old. Organizers are “Zemedelec-1903” and the town hall.

10:30 a.m. – Laying of wreaths and flowers in front of the monument of Panayot Volov

11:00 a.m. – Children’s holiday “Draw with me” with Svilen Petrov.

6:00 p.m. – Festive concert “120 years of Zemedelets-1903” with the participation of DFA “Pargavelche” – Shumen with music. manager Roza Chanova.

19:00 – Rock concert with the participation of the groups “LAMPA inc.” and “Cool Den”
