The house was built around 1850. It consisted of a few separate rooms shaped in the form of the letter ‘G’ under a common roof. There was also a secret passage. The grandmother Rayna was an adherent and one of the founders of the first pedagogical school for girls that was also the first of its kind in Bulgaria. The house was renovated in 1982 after the design of architects Valery Kolev and Kantardziev. There is a hall for cultural events.
