This was the home of Dimitar Feschiev, a descendant of a rich merchant family. He owned a manufacturing shop selling cloth and goods from Europe mainly from Vienna. The house bears the name of reserve major Buchevinov – Feschiev’s son-in-law who received it as inheritance. According to evidence the first town council was based here in this house after the Liberation (1878).
