Elle fut bâtie en 1872 par le maître (usta en turc) bâtisseur local Draguia pour Sava Békiarov, manufacturier grossiste. Pourtant elle porte le nom de Dimitar Srebrov – enseignant et homme public qui acheta la maison du son premier
propriétaire. La maison est un édifice symétrique avec encorbellement vitré, bâti au milieu de la cour en la divisant en deux. Depuis 2016 on y met à la disposition des invités de la ville la possibilité d’assister à un atelier de photo avec des costumes de l’époque et de déguster des spécialités locales.
