The team of speeches and debates in English from PPMG “Nancho Popovich” in Shumen, under the BEST Foundation, organizes the festival “Bridge of Time”. The event will be held on April 8, 2023 at 4 p.m., and the concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the “Freedom Monument” (Razperko) in the city of Shumen.
